RCO catalytic combustion furnace
Using straw, wood chips, and other biomass as fuel,
replacing coal/gas boilers,
reducing carbon emissions (about 30%-50% reduction in CO₂ compared to traditional boilers)
Intelligent sorting equipment
Through near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) identification technology,
automatically sort packaging of different materials (such as PET bottles, HDPE bottle caps, glass jars),
sorting efficiency can reach over 1000kg/h, accuracy ≥98%;

There are currently four departments: injection molding, inspection, printing, and assembly. The injection molding department has 17 Haitian injection molding machines, the printing department has 12 printing machines and 2 hot stamping machines, the assembly department has 4 assembly turntable machines, and 2 production lines of 13 meters long, etc., and also has a laboratory. Testing equipment includes vacuum drying ovens, high-temperature ovens, standard light source color matching light boxes, torque testers, tensile testers, etc. A strict quality management system and production process are in place, with inspection reports and inspection processes provided for each batch of goods.
