Glass cosmetic bottles

Glass is formed by melting silicon dioxide and other chemical substances together (the main raw materials are: soda ash, limestone, and quartz). It forms a continuous network structure during melting, and the viscosity gradually increases and hardens during the cooling process, resulting in crystalline silicate non-metallic materials. The chemical composition of ordinary glass is Na2SiO3, CaSiO3, SiO2, or Na2O?CaO?6SiO2, etc., with the main component being silicate double salts, which is an amorphous solid with an irregular structure. Glass bottles are not classified by specific materials but are mainly classified by their use.

1. The glass material is lead-free and harmless, with good barrier performance, which can effectively prevent various gases from oxidizing and corroding the objects inside the bottle, while also effectively preventing the volatile components of the internal contents from evaporating.

2. Glass bottles are safe and hygienic, non-toxic and harmless, have good corrosion resistance and acid resistance, can be recycled and reused multiple times, are beneficial to environmental protection, and have special packaging advantages for the cosmetics industry.

1. Cream jar series: wide-mouth glass bottle body + double-layer plastic outer cap (generally with a capacity of 10g-50g).

2. Essence series: narrow glass bottle body + plastic pump head or aluminum electroplated pump head (generally with a capacity of 20 to 100ml)

3. Toner series: narrow glass bottle body + plastic inner plug + outer cap (over 100ml, also available with pump head)

4. Essential Oil Bottle Series: Narrow-mouth glass bottle body + inner plug + large cap or rubber head + dropper + aluminum cap. Essential oil bottles are usually made of brown or colored and frosted glass, which can block light and provide better protection for the essential oil contents.
